Day 6 of 30 day drawing challenge: Favorite Book Characters (without a movie adaptation)
Aziraphale and Crowley of Good Omens fame. Ah modern day angel and demon hijinx~
The image is in reference to when the two bring out their wings and it turns out that actually Crowley has the prim wings while Aziraphale's are unkempt and messy. I guess it's a matter of priorities over pride.
But hey, if Aziraphale can get Crowley to fight in favor of something "Godly" then it must be a victory all around, right?
Also, I was thinking of including Bartimaeus from the Bartimaeus trilogy here as another favorite book character option... However, his look is less iconic since, well, he never stays in one form for long. Even the Ptolemy skin would evoke thoughts of Egypt first, rather than a snarky djin xD
Also, I only noticed this as I was finishing this image, but it looks like I drew these two in the school colors of A&M and UT.... Subliminal colors of conflict, apparently lD;;;;

Have you seen the Good Omens mini series. First leaked in still photos in December 2017, Martin Sheen and David Tennant star as Aziraphale and Crowley respectively. With Neil Gaiman on hand for creative advice, I was wild about this from the first trailer back in Dec. 2018, and now, as of May 31st, it's on Amazon Prime.
